Heat where the cold gets in
The back and the seat heat separately, each with three levels. Most people run high for the first few minutes then settle on medium for the rest of the game. Warm through your jacket in under two minutes.

Power Bank20,000mAh. A full tournament day of heat.
Carry BagSeat, power bank and gloves in one bag.
Two hours on a cold bench
Same section, same game, same temperature. One parent brought a SitWarm. Everyone else lasted about a period.
Both heat zones on medium, running off the power bank in the side pocket the whole time.
What actually matters
You've tried the stadium cushion, the two blankets, the hand warmers in your pockets. None of them fix the bench. This does.
The back and the seat heat separately, each with three levels. Most people run high for the first few minutes then settle on medium for the rest of the game. Warm through your jacket in under two minutes.
Six recline positions on a steel frame with thick padding. Sit up when the game's close, lean back for the warm-up and the breaks. Your lower back stops being the reason you leave early.
A wide, flat base with a non-slip bottom, so it stays square on aluminum, wood or a stadium seat and doesn't creep forward when you lean back. Unfold it, set it down and sit. Nothing to clip, nothing to adjust in the cold.
A cold Saturday
Same bleachers as everyone else. Different afternoon.
Coffee in the cup holder, seat on high, back on medium. By the time they finish warm-ups you've forgotten it's below freezing in here.
Upright position, planted on the bench, nothing sliding. Phone in the side sleeve so you can film the goal without digging through a bag.
Drop it two clicks, turn the heat down a notch, sit there. The person next to you on bare aluminum is doing the shuffle-walk to the lobby to thaw.
Folds flat with everything still in the pockets, backpack straps over one shoulder, hand free for the gear bag. It goes back in the trunk until next time. Which is tomorrow.
The two-seat pack
That's the most common review we get. One parent buys it, the other spends a game watching them be comfortable, and a week later there's a second order from the same address. Skip the week. Two seats ship free and each one costs less.
"Bought one for me in November. Bought one for my husband in December. Should have just done it the first time."
Reviews
Our rink is one of the cold ones, people bring sleeping bags. I had this on high for the first period and had to turn it to medium because it was too warm through my jacket. Never thought I'd say that in that building.
Metal bleachers, 28 degrees, wind coming across the field. I used to leave at halftime to sit in the truck. Sat through the whole playoff game with the back on and didn't think about the cold once.
Two kids, two teams, four to five games a week. Bleachers were wrecking my lower back by Thursday. The recline and the actual padding did more than the heat for me, and the heat is great.
He made fun of it when it showed up. By the second period he was asking to switch seats. Ordering him his own so I can keep mine.
I'm 71. I'd stopped going to the cold ones because an hour on aluminum left me stiff for two days. My daughter got me this. I've been to every game since Thanksgiving. It sits steady so I'm not worried about it moving when I stand up.
March soccer in the northeast is wet and windy and the bleachers are freezing. Wiped the seat down after a drizzle, no issues. The cup holder alone is worth it when you're holding a coffee for three hours.
Ran it on medium for most of a tournament Saturday off the 20,000 bank and it still had charge at the end. Folds up with the straps and goes in the car with the hockey bag between games.
Got one for my best friend whose son plays travel. She texted me a photo from the rink the next morning with the seat on and a coffee. She's used it every game since.
6'3", 240. Armrests fold down so the seat opens up. The back is tall enough to actually support me, which most of these don't. Took me one game to get the recline figured out, you press from behind.
Practice ice is colder than game ice and we're there six days a week. The massage is a nice surprise on top of the heat. I keep it in the car with her skate bag.
I've sent the link to at least six other parents. Our whole row is going to be SitWarm by Christmas. The heat zones being separate is what sold me, I only really need the seat warm.
Heat is excellent and the padding is real, not the thin foam kind. Only thing is the cord to the power bank is short, so the bank has to live in the side pocket. Which is fine, that's clearly what the pocket is for.
My oldest played through the whole thing and I froze for a decade. Got this for the youngest's first season and I'm a little annoyed at how comfortable it is. Should be standard issue for hockey parents.
Our field has those low aluminum stands with nothing behind you. It sat flat and steady on them and the back support made a two-hour doubleheader feel like nothing. Ordered the carry bag after the first weekend.
Goes with it
20,000mAh, which is a full tournament day of heat on medium with enough left to charge your phone on the drive home. It slides into the side power pocket, plugs straight into the seat's cable, and the four lights tell you what's left. If you already have a power bank at home, that works too. If you don't, this is the one that's sized for the seat.
Goes with it
The seat folds flat and goes in with room left over for the power bank, gloves, a toque and a blanket. Zip it shut, shoulder strap on, one hand free for the gear bag. It keeps the seat dry in a wet trunk and keeps the car from looking like the rink lobby. Same 600D fabric as the seat.
If you aren't happy with it, if it isn't doing its job, or if it's just not for you, send it back within 30 days for a full refund. And if the heating ever stops working in the first year, we replace it.
